Hydrocell is a semi-rigid, UV resistant, cross-linked, non-absorbent, closed-cell polyethylene sheet material used to support joint sealants in expansion joints.
Typical Applications
- Used in conjunction with suitable joint sealants in water retaining structures and in joints subject to wheel loads
